All designs created by J Imaging are copyrights and owned by J Imaging. 

By submitting your photos to J Imaging you contribute all legal ownership of  your photos. By doing this, you give and allow J Imaging permission to use your images to fulfill your request for your photo cards and design. You assume all legal responsibility for obtaining copyright permissions of the photos that have been taken by a professional photographer used in your requests.

By submitting your photograph to J Imaging,  you give us permission to use the photo for advertising in both print and on our website. Unless otherwise told. Names will be changed to protect your privacy.

Errors
Customer Error: We are trained to catch errors in typesetting and grammar and will contact you prior to printing if there is a question regarding your order. However, we cannot guarantee that we will always catch customer errors. Therefore, it is vital that you carefully check the text on your proofs before approving, especially the spelling of proper names. We are not responsible for errors that occur from incorrect or incomplete text. If there is a mistake on your part, we will be glad to reprint your order at 50% off your cost, or 25% for assembled orders. Please consider ordering a proof for items with lengthy or complicated text.

Our Error: From time to time, errors do occur. If there is a printing error on your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receiving it so we may reprint the item in a timely manner. Items that need to be reprinted due to our error are given a priority RUSH status at no additional charge and are printed at no cost to you.

The term 'J Imaging Design, or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website. J Imaging Design (the "Site") is owned and operated by J Imaging Design.

Our templates may only be used to insert your photos and sell as a finished printed copy to your clients, however, they may not be referred to or listed in ANY FORM on any online marketplace including, but not limited to eBay, Amazon or Etsy. You may post the finished designs for display only on your social networking pages provided a credit to www.jimagingdesign.ca is given. You may display the announcements for sale on your own personal website but may NOT use any of the copyrighted photos shown in our examples. The layered PSD templates MAY NOT be resold or redistributed in any way. PROOFS may be sent to your clients as flattened .jpg files as long as the low-resolution .jpg measures no more than 500 pixels at its longest length and contains the word "PROOF" on the image.  Full-size .jpg files MAY NOT be redistributed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Payment Terms.
Our shopping cart is set up to accept credit card and e-check payments via Paypal. Paypal is the largest online payment processor and allows you to pay with a credit/debit card, checking account, or funds in your Paypal account. Please note that if payment is made with an e-check you will not receive your product(s) until the payment clears.

2. Shipping Terms.
Once your payment is processed, we will send you a link for digital download. You should expect the links within 24 hours of your purchase. If you do not receive your links within 24 hours check your spam folder for an email from us. If it’s still not there, send us an email to info@jimagingdesign,ca and we'll re-send them.

3. Return Policies; Exchanges.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept any returns or offer any refunds. You  acknowledge that all products on the Site are non-refundable and not returnable, under any circumstances.
